TRANSFER STUDENTS FOR SECOND SEMESTER

Now Enrolling Limited Spots for Second Semester 2024-25

We are now accepting new students for limited spots for our second semester in the 2025-26 school year! For midyear transfer students accepted from our waitlist, students will undergo an assessment process which will involve requesting records from your current school and meeting with the Head of School, Ashley Molyneaux.

Admission Process

• Click link above or below to join the waitlist
• If/when accepted, you will receive a notice from Lotterease via email. You must then click the link provided in that email to “CONFIRM ATTENDANCE”
• Once attendance is confirmed, you will receive another email giving access to the online Enrollment Packet.
• After we receive your enrollment forms, you will be contacted to schedule a meeting with the Head of School.
• Following the meeting, you will be notified if you are admitted to begin attending Premier Arts Academy for the second semester starting Tuesday, January 6th, 2026.

2025-26 OPEN ENROLLMENT JANUARY 1st - MARCH 4th, 2025

Enrollment at Premier Arts Academy will be open to all Indiana residents with students grade Kindergarten - 8th from January 1st - March 4th, 2025. New Kindergarten students must be 5 years old by August 1st, 2025. Guaranteed space will be given to students previously enrolled and admitted the prior year whose families complete the Returning Student Confirmation Form by January 31st, and priority in the lottery will be given to siblings of students already enrolled, children of employees or board members and previously waitlisted students were not invited to enroll during the 2024-25 academic year.

LOTTERY WEDNESDAY, MARCH 5th, 2025

Students must express INTENT TO ENROLL through the form below. If there is more interest than seats available in any given grade, a lottery will be held March 5th, 2025 to grant admission. The lottery is run through a 3rd party platform called Lotterease. The lottery is completely random and not based on race, gender, socio-economic status, religious affiliation or sexual orientation. A lottery will be held for each grade in which there is more interest than available seats. Those granted admission will be invited to fully enroll at Premier Arts Academy. Those not chosen by the lottery will be placed on a waitlist.

WAITLISTED STUDENTS

In the case that there is no space for your student(s) during or following the lottery or at the time the Intent to Enroll form was submitted, you will be notified of being placed on a waitlist. Students who participate in the lottery and are not accepted are placed on a waitlist in a randomly generated order. Students who apply following the lottery are placed on the bottom of the waitlist. Once on the waitlist, you can check your place in line through our 3rd party platform: Lotterease (login below). Following the open enrollment period, Enrollment numbers are assessed regularly and, should space become available in any given grade, invitations will be sent to the next students on the waitlist. You will then be given seven (7) days to complete the packet in order to guarantee enrollment. Following that seven (7) day period, you may be placed back on the waitlist.
