Enrollment Process

2024-25 OPEN ENROLLMENT JANUARY 1st - FEBRUARY 29th, 2024
Enrollment at Premier Arts Academy will be open to all Indiana residents with students grade Kindergarten - 7th from January 1st - Feb. 29th, 2024. New Kindergarten students must be 5 years old by August 1st, 2024. Guaranteed space will be given to students previously enrolled and admitted the prior year whose families complete the Returning Student Confirmation Form by January 30th, and priority in the lottery will be given to siblings of students already enrolled and children of employees or board members.
 
LOTTERY MARCH 1st, 2024
Students must express INTENT TO ENROLL through the form below. If there is more interest than seats available in any given grade, a lottery will be held March 1st, 2024 to grant admission. The lottery is completely random and not based on race, gender, socio-economic status, religious affiliation or sexual orientation. A lottery will be held for each grade in which there is more interest than available seats. Those granted admission will be invited to fully enroll at Premier Arts Academy. Those not chosen by the lottery will be placed on a waitlist.
 
WAITLISTED STUDENTS
In the case that there is no space for your student(s) following the lottery or at the time the Intent to Enroll form was submitted, you will be notified of being placed on a waitlist. Following the open enrollment period, Enrollment numbers are assessed every Friday and, should space become available in any given grade, invitations to enroll will be sent to waitlisted students in the order Intent to Enroll Forms were received. You will then be given seven (7) days to complete the packet in order to guarantee enrollment. Following that seven (7) day period, you may be placed back on the waitlist.

Intent to Enroll

Please state your intent to enroll by using the form below. Each grade level has limited space available. In the case that there is not space for your student(s) at the time the Intent to Enroll form was submitted, you will be notified of being placed on a waitlist. If space should become available, invitations to enroll will be sent in the order Intent to Enroll forms were submitted. In the case that there is room for your student(s) at the time you submitted your Intent to Enroll Form, you will be invited to complete an Enrollment Packet containing multiple important electronic forms. You will be given seven (7) days to complete the packet in order to guarantee enrollment. Following that seven (7) day period, you will be placed back on the waitlist.
