2025-26 Second Semester Clubs (January - May)

Click below to explore all the exciting club opportunities available this semester. Each listing includes grade levels, start and end dates, and meeting times to help you and your student choose the best fit.

When registering, please remember:

• Students are encouraged to fully commit to any club they join.

• A club fee is due at the time of registration for each club.

• An additional $15 T-Shirt add-on can be included if your student did not participate in the club last year or if a new shirt is needed.

• Registration is semester-based—students will need to register again for spring if they’d like to explore additional clubs.

Club Pick-Up:
At the end of each club session, students should be picked up at their regular dismissal location:

Full Semester Clubs

Broadcast Club (Grades 5th-8th)

Do you have a 5th–8th grader interested in video, media, or being on camera? The Premier Arts Academy Broadcast Club is back — and we’re taking things to the next level! 

Grades: 5th–8th only

Meeting Dates: Jan. 9th - May 22nd

Fridays after school until 3:30pm

Flex Time (6th–8th only): Mondays & Tuesdays, 11:00–11:30 am in the Annex — voluntary but encouraged

Club Size: Limited to 12 students 

Cost: $20 (+$15 for Club Polo)  

Led by: Mr. Q, PAA’s Digital Arts Teacher 

What Students Will Do:

• Produce and host PAA-TV Morning Announcements 

• Learn filming, editing, and on-screen performance 

• Earn incentives and celebrations for completed episodes 

• Build teamwork, leadership, and creativity  

Important Notes: 

✔️ Must commit to weekly attendance (3 absences allowed) 

✔️ Because spots are limited, a waiting list will be maintained — students not meeting participation expectations may be replaced so others can join 

✔️ Application + character reference required (Students should share Reference Form with a trusted adult that is not a parent or guardian)

Choir (Grades 4th-8th)

Are you a 4-8th grade student who LOVES to sing, play games, have fun with your friends, dive deeper into healthy technique to learn for LIFE, perform, and create music? Then you should join PAA's very own choir, grades 4-8, led by Ms. Ricks!

In choir we will learn strengthening warm-ups, sight-reading, fun games, perform at all expos, learn memorization tricks, have special choir ensemble shirts, have 2 parties, AND learn to create our own music!

Since we're a performing group that runs all year long, choir sign-ups are per semester.

Drama Club (Grades 3rd-5th)

Thespians (Grades 6th-8th)

The International Thespian Society group at each school is known as a troupe, and it is led by a troupe director. A point system helps track student work, as high school and middle school students earn induction and the designation of Thespian or Junior Thespian, respectively. Students go on to earn progressively higher honors.

Grades: 6th-8th

Winter Clubs

Dungeons & Paragons (First Semester: Grades 4th-5th / Second Semester: Grades 6th-8th)

Go boldly forth on a new adventure through the collaborative-storytelling, tabletop role playing game of Dungeons & Dragons (5e). Participants should be ready to create a character, design the character for printing, learn the basics of D&D and take part in an ongoing story each week!

Grades 6th-8th (Limit 6 students)

Math Bowl (Grades 4th-8th)

Meet new people who share a common interest in solving problems while improving your math skills in an exciting competition! Math Bowl is open to any student in grades 4-6. Everyone is invited to join the team; however, competition teams will be set by the math bowl coach.

Craft Club (Grades 3rd-5th)

STAR Martial Arts Club Sign Up (Grades K-8th)

In Partnership with STAR Martial Arts Elkhart, the new Premier Arts Academy Martial Arts Club will meet every Friday starting in January. Students will learn to use their bodies with DISCIPLINE, use their voices with CONFIDENCE, and power through obstacles with BELIEF!

Club Dates: Every Friday - January 9th for 10 weeks

Bowling Club (Grades 3rd-8th)

Join the PAA Bowling Club whether you're just learning, playing for fun or want some practice to aim for the perfect 300! Students will be transported afterschool to Oakland Lanes (2727 Oakland Ave, Elkhart)

Meeting Dates: February 10, 17, 24, March 3, 10, 17, 24, 31, April 14, 21.

Cost: $50 per student (Inlcuded transportation to the alley, shoe rental and unlimited bowling

+$15 for optional club T-Shirt

Pick Up: Parents are responsible to pick your students between 4:20-4:30pm

Cheer Team (Student Led, Grades 5th-8th)

Join the first-ever PAA Cheer Team! The Cheer Team will meet regularly to practice routines and cheer on game days (game day details to follow).
