PLEASE NOTE: to participate in Lifeline, Boys & Girls Club, or Tolson, you must register for their specific programs.

Before Care
Before Care is available Monday–Friday for families who need care before the regular school day.
How It Works
- Hours: 6:00–7:20 AM
- Cost: $5 per student, per day
- Families will be billed through Procare for the days Before Care is used.
- Before Care is $15 maximum per family, per day.
- Parents/guardians must walk students inside and sign them in. Students may not be dropped off at the door.
- Students may enjoy games, puzzles, gym time, and other supervised activities.
- Please do not send phones or electronic devices to Before Care.
- Before Care ends at 7:20 AM. After 7:20, families should wait for the regular morning drop-off line.
- Before Care is not available on 2-hour delay days.
Drop-Off Procedure
- Pull in the South Parking, and bring student(s) to the back gym door (where K-5 enters during normal drop off.)
- Walk student(s) inside the door and sign them in.
- Students may not be dropped off and left at the door.
Payment
You will be charged $5 for each day your student attends Before Care and will be billed through Procare. Accounts must remain current to continue using Before Care.
Please only use Before Care on the days you need it — you are only charged when your student attends!
Kindergarten Aftercare Program
Kinder Aftercare Program is available Monday-Thursday from 2:30-5:00. The cost is $30 per week. You must register for the program for the entire semester and will be billed weekly regardless of how many days you use the program. You will not be billed during holiday weeks or summer vacation. You can opt out or into the program after winter break.
Friday will be from 1:45-4:00 with Friday Aftercare (you will not be charged additionally for Friday care.)
How It Works
- Hours: 2:30-5:00
- Cost: $30 per student, per week
- Families will be billed through Procare for each week if you use it or not.
- Students go out to pick up with class and be brought into kindercare after pick up.
- Students will enjoy various activities, free play, and a snack.
Pick-Up Procedure
- Parents must park in the main lot, and enter through the front door. Pick up will be from the office desk in the lobby.
Payment
- You will be billed $30/wk through procare.
- Kindergarten Aftercare ends promptly at 5:00 p.m. Families arriving after 5:00 p.m. will continue to be charged a late fee of $1 per minute past dismissal time.
Friday Aftercare Program
Friday Aftercare Program is available Friday from 1:45-4:00. The cost is $5/ per week. You must register for the program for the entire semester and will be billed weekly regardless of how many days you use the program. You will not be billed during holiday weeks or summer vacation. You can opt out or into the program after winter break.
Friday will be from 1:45-4:00 with Friday Aftercare (you will not be charged additionally for Friday care.)

- Hours: 1:45–4:00 pm
- Cost: $5 per student per day ($15 max family cost)
- This is included for those registered for Kindercare.
- Families will be billed through Procare for each week.
Pick-Up Procedure
- Parents must park in the main lot, and enter through the front door. Pick up will be from the office desk in the lobby.
Payment
- You will be billed through procare.
Transportation to Boys & Girls Club (K-5)
From Monday-Friday beginning at 2:45 and extending to 6:00pm, students can be transported to the Boys & Girls Club in Elkhart at Beardsley Elementary School. The cost of transportation is $10 per week and will be invoiced through our online payment system, Procare. Boys & Girls Club requires a $30/year membership fee, and a parent orientation. Your student MUST be registered through Boys & Girls Club in order to be transported for programming starting Monday, August 17.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are already a member you will need to renew your registration for the new school year.

Transportation to Tolson Center (K-5)
From Monday-Friday until 5:30 pm. Students can be transported to the Tolson Center in Elkhart. The cost of transportation is $10 per week and will be invoiced through our online payment system, Procare. Your student MUST be registered with the Tolson Center in order to be transported for programming starting Monday, August 17.
PLEASE NOTE: You can not go to Tolson unless you are registered for Tolson Center’s Program.

Lifeline at the Hub (Grades 1-8)
Lifeline Youth Ministries will be offering a free, optional after-school character development program at The Hub, Monday–Thursday from 2:30–5:00 p.m. Students will enjoy character-building activities, academic support, athletics, games, nutritious meals, and small group mentoring. Please note this is not an aftercare program, but a separate program operated by Lifeline Youth Ministries. Enrollment is based on availability, and all registration, communication, and questions should be directed to Lifeline.
Starting on August 31, 2026.
PLEASE NOTE: Space is limited and you MUST have registered directly through lifeline.
