Please see updates regarding After School Care options for the 2025-26 School Year. If you've utilized any After Care in the past, please read through the options below as some information has changed.
NOTE: There is NO After School Care on August 13th, the first day of school. Kindergarten students are dismissed at 11:30am, 1st-5th grades are dismissed at 2:30, and 6th-8th grade students are dismissed at 3pm that day! Please make arrangements to pick up your child at their designated dismissal time!
Option 1: Lifeline (Grades 1-8)
From Monday to Thursday, beginning at 2:30 pm and extending until 5:00 pm, Lifeline will be offering a character-based program at The Hub. We are truly grateful for this partnership, as it allows our students to engage in additional activities that promote character development, academic support, athletics, nutritious meals, games, and small group mentoring. It is important to note that Lifeline's after school program is NOT an aftercare service (babysitting), but a character-education program. Lifeline programming is completely separate from Premier Arts Academy and is an OPTIONAL OPPORTUNITY offered free of charge to Premier Arts Academy families. All information regarding Lifeline programming will be distributed by Lifeline Youth Ministries. All questions should be directed to Lifeline. Visit https://www.elkhartlifeline.com or call (574) 294-7407 for more information. SPACE IS LIMITED!
*Lifeline programming does not begin until after Labor Day. In order to assist families during the first 2.5 weeks of school, PAA staff will provide after care until 4pm from August 14th-August 29th. The cost is $5/day per child and will be invoiced through our PROCARE system. We charge a $1/minute late fee for pick-up after 4pm. Please be respectful of our staff’s time.
Option 2: Boys and Girls Club (Grades K-8)
From Monday to Friday beginning at 2:45pm and extending to 6:00pm, students can be transported by PAA to the Boys and Girls Club in Elkhart at Beardsley Elementary School. The cost of transportation is $10 per week and will be invoiced through our online payment system, PROCARE. Boys and Girls Club requires a $30/year membership fee and a parent orientation before they are allowed to begin attending. (See link at bottom of email to register for PROCARE)
Visit https://www.greatfutures.club/become-a-member/ to sign up ASAP as space is limited.
*Note: Due to staffing and financial challenges NO Kindergarten After Care will be provided directly by PAA in the 25-26 school year. We are thrilled Boys and Girls Club is filling this gap!
Friday Early Release After Care
Every Friday at PAA is an early release at 1:45 for all students. PAA provides Aftercare on Fridays for grades K-8 until 4pm. The cost is $5/day per child and will be invoiced through our PROCARE system. (See link at bottom of email to register for PROCARE)
*We charge a $1/minute late fee for pick-up after 4pm. Please be respectful of our staff’s time.
