Evening Schedule 5:30 PM – Band, Orchestra, & Choir Student Arrival Time
Band, Orchestra, and Choir families should park in the front parking lot off Prairie Street in front of the main building. 5:45–6:45 PM – Band, Orchestra, & Choir Performance
Performance will take place in the Main Building Gym. 6:30 PM – K–8 Student Arrival & Drop-Off
Please drop off ALL K–8 students in the normal K–5 morning drop-off area of the main building parking lot. Staff members will escort students into the building to prepare for the ceremony. Parents will then be directed where to park. 6:45 PM – Doors Open to Families 7:00–7:30 PM – School-wide Leveling Up Ceremony 7:30–8:00 PM – Community Expo & Classroom Visits
Families are invited to visit classrooms, celebrate student learning, pick up projects, artwork, and other student items. 8:00 PM – 8th Grade Reception (8th grade families only)
